advinservers真的是one man啊，ticket明说要2天才回
Hello,
Your ticket has been successfully opened. Please read this in full.
Unfortunately, due to high ticket and order loads as of recently, our support may be delayed. It may take up to 24-48 hours to receive a reply from our support department. If your issue is absolutely critical, you may open a Critical Issues ticket which will have your issue resolved quicker, but please read the terms before opening one.
Our support hours can vary depending on the day and the staff members available, but generally we are closed on weekends and opened on weekdays.
Thanks for choosing Advin Servers! |
