第一封先是说wise这边拒绝的：

1. Your bank has rejected and returned your withdrawal ADxxxxx to our bank account. The funds are credited back to your account as deposit QDxxxxx.

1. Your recent transfer was rejected by bank Frick's correspondent bank and the funds were returned to Kraken. The amount is now credited back to your Kraken account.

另外，不管什么资金，都通过wise转移，目测wise什么时候也会被国人撸死

你不搞，你不能阻止别人转移有问题的资金
