甲骨文美东冷却系统故障

发现美东小鸡全掉线，SSH 也极其不稳定，给小鸡强制重启一直停止不了！
多个账号登录乌龟壳网站面板，账号均正常，都没有发现账号无权限或者小鸡被强制关机等情况
看邮箱邮件，冷却系统出问题了！！感觉比上回阿里云冷却故障那程度可能更严重
